1. Insufficient lubricating oil or mixed with impurities

2. The installation of the bearing is not correct

4. The vibration is too large during the bearing rotation, and the bearing process does not meet the requirements

1. Keep the self-aligning ball bearing and its surrounding environment clean
Even if tiny dust invisible to the naked eye enters the self-aligning ball bearing, it will increase the wear, vibration and noise of the bearing. Self-aligning ball bearings and their peripheral accessories should be kept clean, especially dust and dirt, tools and working environment must also be kept clean.
2. Be careful when using and installing
Strong stamping is not allowed, hammers are not allowed to directly hit self-aligning ball bearings, and pressure is not allowed to be transmitted through rolling elements.
3. Use appropriate and accurate installation tools
Try to use special tools and try to avoid things like cloth and short fibers.
4. Prevent the corrosion of self-aligning ball bearings
When taking the self-aligning ball bearing directly by hand, fully wash off the sweat on the hands, and apply high-quality mineral oil before handling, and pay special attention to rust prevention during the rainy season and summer.
